Closeup of some beautiful eyes

Here's my favorite picture from a recent series I took of my daughter. I was specifically trying to get a good shot of her eyes. The afternoon sun was perfect, and they way she was sitting really made it easy to line her up for a good set of shots. She doesn't much like the sun in her eyes (who can blame her), but, she managed to keep them open long enough to get a few good open-eyed pictures.

This was taken with a Canon 20D and a Canon 24-70 f/2.8L lens. It was shot at 1/800th sec, f/2.8, ISO 200 at 70mm. I left off the b+w circular polarizer for this shot.

I go through phases when I don't shoot for weeks, then, all of a sudden, I shoot 1,000 images in three days (which is exactly what I just did). I'm in the process of sifting through them all to find the keepers. Anyway, comments are always welcomed. Positive comments are welcomed more :)
