Pit Bull Tree Service Pic & Video

Here's a pic I took this morning of Mojo while I was out in the yard doing some clean-up work. He's looking up at his quarry - a large tree branch that's hanging down within reach. Click the link to see what he does.

The owner/creator of this...um...lawn statue owns the ice cream stand next door. I'm told he made this to attract attention to the business. The thing is, it's on HIS lawn, not in front of the ice
cream stand. I can't Imagine putting that ok my lawn. Now, if it was a giant Sta-puft marshmallow man, that might be a different matter.

A basket of driveway lights

I was getting ready to install all these cool solar LED driveway lights and when I went from the living room to the darkened hallway, they all turned on. It looked way cooler in real life as the iphone camera made its attempt to color balance the scene to white and totally negated the beautiful soft yellow glow of the lights. I figured, aw, what the heck. I'll post it anyway.

Now hopefully, someone with the iPhone SDK will come along and whip up a more robust application for the camera. One that includes ISO, shutter speed, color balance and a self-timer. I can always hope, right. I'd try it myself but I don't have a Macbook yet.
